Supported Shipping Countries and Regions:
Products ordered from the Leviewlity website can be shipped to the United States. We will ship from our domestic warehouse in the U.S. to the address you provide in your order. Please ensure you enter a detailed address to avoid any delivery issues. Please do not enter any P.O. Box addresses, as no courier can deliver packages to such addresses. Thank you!

How much is the shipping fee?
For orders shipped within the U.S, most locations qualify for free shipping. However, For  some remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam, we will charge $7.99 for shipping.


How long does delivery take?
Each Leviewlity product is carefully selected with shipping methods based on weight and size. Please allow 1-3 days processing time from the warehouse and 3 to 5 business days in transit for delivery.

1. The delivery time for pre-sale products depends on arrival.
2. Delivery times depend on the address specified in your order, Any delivery dates provided are only our best estimates. Orders to remote areas may take longer to arrive.

Where do we ship from?

Orders placed on the Leviewlity official website will be shipped from our local warehouse in the United States.Due to the busy holiday season, processing times may be longer than usual.Thank you for your patience!

How to check your order and shipment?
After we ship your products, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor the shipping status online.You can enter your tracking number in this Link(Leviewlity Order Track) to check the delivery status. If you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of completing your purchase, please first check your email's "Spam/Junk" folder, and then contact us. lf you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team at support@leviewlity.com.

lf the product you ordered is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you via email or phone on the same day or the next business day. We will inform you of the expected delivery time. lf you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to cancel your order without any obligation, and we will provide a full refund.

Important Note: Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be cancelled. lf you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Leviewlity due to force majeure, you are subject to the following return and refund policies and must pay for the return shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
