How the camera enters the pairing status?

There is a SYNC button on the back of the camera. Press and hold the Sync button for 3s, the camera will enter pairing status. At this time, the blue light will flash slowly, and you can pair the network. You can check whether the camera is in pairing status by checking the status of the LED indicator.

What are the WiFi requirements for the camera?

The camera is only compatible with 2.4GHz WiFi. It cannot be compatible with 5.8GHz WiFi. Please select the correct WiFi, and make sure to enter the correct WiFi password during use.

What is the appropriate distance between the camera and the router?

The connection distance of the camera can reach up to 120m in open area. In the actual environment, the actual connection distance varies due to the blockage of walls, metal objects and electronic devices. Please mount the camera near to the router if the WiFi signal is weak and the real-time video is unstable.

Why do the network pairing fail?

First, make sure the camera is in the pairing status. Second, make sure the WiFi name and password are correct. Last, make sure the camera scans the QR code by confirming it with a "beep" sound. If the camera successfully scans the QR code, there will be 1 "beep" sound.If you follow the above steps, but the camera still cannot pairing successfully, please try to reset the camera and retry pairing.


The reset operation: Press and hold the Sync button for 8s, at this time, there will be 3 "beep" sounds, and the blue light starts to flash slowly. Then the camera completes the reset.

How to charge the camera?

Use the supplied charging cable (E) to charge the camera. The charging voltage is 5V/2A. A full charge takes about 6h.

How long can the camera work when it is fully charged?

The camera has a built-in 9000mAh high-capacity battery, which can normally be used for 1 year once fully charged. However, due to different using environments, the triggering times of the camera vary greatly, so the working time depends on the actual situation. The more frequently the camera is triggered, the shorter the working time.

How does Synergy work?

Synergy is the process of mounting multiple cameras in an area at the same time to achieve an accurate and real-time monitoring of that area. The Synergy function requires at least two cameras, and there must be an overlap in the viewpoints of the cameras to achieve the best Synergy effect.

Does the camera support extended storage?

The camera has a micro SD card slot and supports 16-128GB SD card (the SD card needs to be purchased by the user). In addition, the camera supports cloud storage. After subscribing the cloud storage function, the user can get unlimited storage capacity space for more secure storage.

Are there any additional monthly fees?

lf you opt for cloud storage service, we provide you with 30 days of free cloud storage. After 30 days, you can choose a plan based on your needs, Plans are available with different video retention cycles (including 7 days, 15 days, and 30 days). Cloud storage plans include options for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days, detailed plans can be found in the app.


If you do not purchase a cloud storage plan, you can use a 128GB storage card. During use recordings will be stored on the SD card. Approximately 5MB of memory is occupied by each 1-minute video.
